FAQ Charge & Connect Sales Promotion

No, to participate on the promotion, you must subscribe to the Charge&Connect service for one year.

Each of our Fronius Selectiva 4.0 chargers should be equipped with its own Gateway and connected via Gateway Link. This enables secure and stable data transmission between the charger and the Gateway without interruption. Depending on your local conditions, you can transfer your charging data via WLAN or LAN. Using the company's own Internet, the data is sent to the Charge & Connect cloud and visualised for you in the Charge & Connect dashboard.

The promotion is valid until 31st October. You have until this date to purchase your digital starter-kit or to upgrade your existing Selectiva 4.0 to Charge & Connect.

For the connection between the gateway and the customer's network, the customer's network must meet certain requirements. The network requirements are discussed by the sales team and the customer's IT department or the customer themselves.

No problem, as long as you place your order before 31st October 2024 you are eligible for the promotion.
