Opening of the ‘24 hours of sun ACADEMY’ and the first training days

Individually adapted content. A team of experienced PV specialists. One goal: to efficiently impart expert knowledge with enthusiasm and a practical orientation. With this in mind, the ‘24 hours of sun ACADEMY’ was officially opened on 3 September. The Academy will now be providing small groups of installers with the perfect foundation for ongoing training and development in ‘renewable energy solutions for home and commercial applications’. Just a week later, on 9 and 10 September, the first training days were held, giving enthusiastic participants a chance to experience the innovative concept for themselves.

We have moved in – opening on September 3

As part of the internal opening celebrations, interested Fronius employees were given a fascinating glimpse into the new training centre. Martin Hackl, Global Director of Solar Energy and Volker Haider, Training Team Leader, officially opened the new facilities and presented them to employees of the Business Unit Solar Energy in Wels.

The 24 hours of sun vision is alive

According to Martin Hackl, the Academy has the clear aim of giving installers the best possible support and to prepare them so that they can provide their customers with expert assistance as they undergo their own personal energy revolution. The participants in the first two training days were taught this credo via the perfect mix of practical presentations, workshops and training sessions. Above all, the modern training infrastructure and the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere were enthusiastically received by the attendees.

In order to consolidate the knowledge accordingly and have access to the key information at all times, the wide range of training content is also supplemented by free training videos and webinars. In this way, installers are ideally equipped for the challenges of today and tomorrow.
