Requirements:
Educational profile, technical training and relevant professional experience.
English (Advanced).
Trained to carry out repairs of electrical equipment - electronic.
Interpretation of electrical / electronic diagrams.
Title of technician in electricity or electronics (technical school of electricity, electronics or career to end).
Experience in photovoltaic industry desirable.
Knowledge of power electronics, electrical installations and information technologies (internet, mobile devices, LAN / WLAN networks).
Experience in using electrical / electronic measuring instruments.
Valid driver's license.
Basic knowledge of standards and specifications in the electrical area - desirable.

Activities:
Informative guidance to clients about the operation and characteristics of inverters, verification methods, warranty conditions and repair process. By phone or in person.
Active communication with customers and courier service to complete the process of collecting and delivering damaged / repaired inverters.
Filling of review / repair reports to photovoltaic inverters and monitoring systems in the office and externally as well as development of performance tests.
Fronius software update on inverters and / or monitoring interfaces.
Integration of Fronius interfaces for monitoring in inverters already operating from the client.
Processing of service orders in ERP software including reporting of resources used.
Organization of training events and / or informative talks about the product.
Support in the planning of inventory of spare parts in warehouse and documentation of materials for shipments.
Responsible for the maintenance, operability, safeguarding of the demonstration equipment and tools, as well as the cleaning, order, conditioning and / or equipment of your workplace.
Participation and support in the organization of fairs and exhibitions.
Effective communication of feedback from market information, customers and communication with those responsible for other organizational areas of Fronius.
