Qiantu Motor forms part of Chinese automotive technology company CH Auto based in Beijing. Arc Welding technology accounts for 70 to 80 percent of all joining technologies used by Qiantu Motor. The design and development firm’s factory is located in Suzhou in Jiangsu Province, where TPS/i Push-Pull systems from Fronius are in operation. The Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) process is in use on further TPS/i power sources. Moreover the welders use MagicWave 4000 units to weld TIG seams. In total the company uses about 100 Fronius welding machines, allowing the manufacturer to produce high-quality weld seams on its electric supercar.
