We will maintain our
sales activities by means of telecommunication. Your contact persons are therefore still available for you. The only thing we have to refrain from for an undefined period of time is sales visits and consulting talks at your premises.
Application and systems engineering guaranteed
Our technicians are still at your disposal. However, as far as possible, all inquiries and service measures should be carried out via telecommunications as far as possible.
In urgent cases, service and repair work in the production facility at the customer's premises is still possible. However, especially in this area of our services it is absolutely necessary to take into account country-specific regulations regarding the corona crisis. We therefore monitor the current situation reports in each country very closely so that we can realign ourselves at any time if necessary.
Restricted access
Of course, in order to contain the pandemic as effectively as possible and for our own employees’ protection, we must restrict physical access to Fronius locations under strict regulations. As a result, we are unfortunately unable to conduct any welding tests or training measures with you at the moment.
What happens next?
With these measures, we are also making every effort to ensure the operational reliability of your production in these times. In addition to this, we are also trying to safeguard jobs at Fronius worldwide. This will enable us in the future - in times after Corona - to provide you with the best possible and comprehensive support in the usual Fronius quality. As soon as we resume regular operations, we will inform you accordingly and in detail.
